By accessing, interacting with, or creating portal accounts within UConsult (operated under URLabs Healthcare Technologies), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unreservedly agree to abide by these entire Terms and Conditions. If you do not consent to these strict frameworks, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

2. Nature of Digital Medical Opinions

UConsult functions strictly as an administrative intermediary facilitating digital second opinions. The diagnostic evaluation trajectories and reports furnished by consulting panel doctors are intended for clinical context building and informational awareness only.

Because these opinions are prepared without a localized, in-person physical clinical assessment, they do not establish a complete, formal primary physician-patient relationship, nor do they replace traditional continuous localized treatment tracking.

3. Account Integrity & Security

Whether accessing the Patient Gateway Portal or the Doctor Consultant Access, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the privacy of your localized session credentials. You agree to provide current, accurate registration attributes and to quickly alert administrative infrastructure of any suspected unauthorized account entry or data exposures.

4. Uploading Clinical Reports

When uploading laboratory assets, imaging scans, or written diagnoses, you guarantee that you possess explicit legal consent to transmit these files. You maintain original ownership stakes, but grant UConsult a protected, confidential right to transmit these artifacts securely across our encrypted network environments exclusively to fulfill your digital evaluation requests.

5. Transparent Fees & Refund Frameworks

Consultation costs are structured transparently based on your choice of specialist panel tracks. Payments must be processed successfully before medical experts begin reviewing your submitted case logs. Refunds are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis prior to the final processing of your digital medical report asset.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All application code ecosystems, layout structures, proprietary graphics, software logic elements, and educational literature featured on UConsult are the explicit property of URLabs Technology Ecosystem. Unauthorized framing, duplication, scraping, or mining of this architectural surface is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UConsult, its administrative founders, panel doctors, and structural partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from choices made based on platform reports, or from localized medical adjustments implemented without consulting a primary attending physician.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and managed in accordance with the laws of India, with primary corporate jurisdiction based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Any disputes arising directly from your platform usage will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru.
